Also the frog guiro turned out to be a valuable member of the band.
We’d like to introduce you to Ilari, a fine fellow, a dear friend and a talented and
creative musician all-in-one. He immediately got the gist of our thing, and he will
be playing all sorts of wacky percussions for our debut album. He is also known
as the drummer of Lady Escape and Phenomenal Creature.
It’s an amazing feeling when you play with someone for the first time and immediately notice that there’s been a place in the song for him all along, you just didn’t know it. We have now practiced with Ilari twice, and it’s already starting to feel like we are a trio!
There will be other musicians and people joining us for the record making, and we’ll introduce them all to you in due time. We can hardly wait to get going, but there are so many things to do before the end of October!
